PROJECT № 80.

Wind turbine Free-ENERGY-Way (FEW)

City: Kyiv

Project manager: Andriy Duchenko

Degree of readiness: Prototype

The Free-ENERGY-Way (FEW) wind turbine is a unique wind turbine design that generates electricity from air currents generated by motor traffic on highways.

The wind turbine is designed to provide electricity to road lighting systems and roadside service stations for road users (gas stations, cafes, parking lots, etc.).

Revenue is planned from the sale, installation and maintenance of FEW systems.

Comments

  1. 1. Who is the main customer for this technology? The government?
    2. Do you have an estimate for how many turbines must be placed along a highway to generate a significant level of power? For example, how many turbines are needed per mile of highway?
    3. Do you anticipate any objections related to visual appearance along highways?
    4. Do you have proof of concept showing that the technology works well?
